Half-day rate – Up to 4 consecutive hours - $450
Full Day rate – Up to 8 consecutive hours - $800
Commercial usage rights for images per 1/2 day or day session - $300
Optional retouching and digital alteration of images – from $35 per image

On Location Headshot Rates
Mobile Headshots Services for individual, group/team – On location, multiple headshots, single trip (North Port, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda). Outside these areas or requiring multiple trips, half and full day rates plus travel expenses may apply.
Express - One look, one location (15-25 Minute Session) - simply means one set of clothing, hair and makeup, single background or location and simple lighting style. Headshots are normally, 1 or 2 studio lights and one reflector with a standard background.

Two looks , one location/background (30-40 Minute Session) - allows time for clothing change, complex lighting (2 or more lights with reflectors) or background change, so you can be photographed in two different outfits, but the same location or background.

30-minute session, two looks, one location, 5 retouched, high resolution images (plus low resolution versions for social media) - $165
Actor Headshots and Comp Cards -(60-minute or more per session) - Because of the variety of needs, an actor headshot or series of images can be complex. It's best to discuss what is required before quoting prices.
Additional looks and location changes - need to be coordinated ahead of time to allow sufficient time for the shoot. The 30-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute sessions are more complex utilizing 2 – 4 studio lights, reflectors as required, varied background changes and locations.
During a typical session the photographer may capture 20, 30, 50 or 200 more images to get the exact expression, pose, etc. for each look and location. Finished images (post-processed) will remove temporary skin blemishes, some stray hairs, refresh the eyes, etc. You can also select 5 other images that will be color corrected, but not significantly post processed.

All Headshot Images include standard 5-year Commercial Use License and are corrected for proper white balance, contrast, sharpening, etc.

/Portrait services
Portraits vary widely, such as traditional, family, environmental, lifestyle, glamour, surreal and so on. Some portraits can require customization of backgrounds, locations, equipment, hair/makeup services and multiple lighting configurations. In addition, the resulting images can be requested in multiple formats such as normal prints in different sizes, canvas, framed and so on. It’s easier to quote a price once many of the variables are known.
In general, on-location portrait prices start at $175 for a 30-minute, single person session that includes one retouched 10x12, high-quality print. Other print sizes and formats are available, so please ask if you want something different.
